Why

Art is good for you. (Don’t tell the kids!) Engaging in art-making increases the attention span, requires strategic thinking and involves meaningful interaction with the physical world. Creative kids are more likely to be excited about learning and curious about their world. We offer gifted teaching artists, exciting and inventive courses and excellent facilities. As the only independent, fully accredited professional art and design institution in Memphis, we are uniquely qualified to guide your children in exploring the visual arts.
