Memphis College of Art Named to Greater Memphis Chamber’s “10 To Watch”

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Each year, the Greater Memphis Chamber names ten companies and organizations to its “10 To Watch” list. “These Memphis businesses were chosen for the tremendous strides they have made over the past year,” said Amy Daniels, senior vice president, membership and communications, Greater Memphis Chamber. “They add to our local economy, more importantly they bring jobs to our city. The Chamber is proud to give this recognition to our members and look forward to their future success.”

Memphis College of Art is pleased to announce that the college is one of those recognized for 2014. “We are honored to be recognized by the Chamber,” said MCA President Ron Jones. “We have worked very hard the past two years to turn the college around. But in my opinion, if there is anything worth keeping an eye on, it’s the city of Memphis—how can an art school lose when it’s located here?”

The recognized organizations are:
1. BioNanovations
2. Highwoods Properties
3. International Paper
4. Kronos Energy Solutions
5. Regional Medical Center at Memphis
6. Memphis College of Art
7. nexAir
8. Prodigi Arts
9. RedRover Sales & Marketing
10. Victory Packaging

More information on each of these companies can be found in the Chamber’s Memphis Crossroads magazine, distributed to Chamber members and also available digitally on the Chamber’s website ( beginning in mid-December.
