Event Description

Learn the fundamental concepts in drawing, such as perspective, line/contour drawing, and value (light and shadow). Through careful observation, students will learn to create the illusion of space and form in their drawings. Using traditional drawing methods, students learn to conjure a three-dimensional world using only the most basic drawing materials, i.e. paper, charcoal, and eraser. Even with no artistic experience, you can learn new skills and a new way of seeing the world. Adult Continuing Education course (non-credit). CE 2001
