Free showcase event features 14 films of graduating seniors

 

WHAT:           2017 Animation and Digital Media Senior Showcase, featuring a collection of 14 films by graduating seniors

  • Graduating seniors showcased in the event include: Jeremy Clark, Callie Do, Dezmond Gipson, Ariel Jackson, Alison Johnson, Shavonne Johnson, Taylor Johnson, Julia Lasseter, Von Muren, Liddy Ortego, Ishmaa’iyl Perez, Sarah Rhea, Jessica Skinner, and Jabriel Woodall.
  • In addition to featuring the work of graduating seniors, the event will showcase films by underclassmen as a preview to the future work and talent to come from the Animation and Digital Media programs at Memphis College of Art.
  • The event is free and open to the public.

WHY: Memphis College of Art hosts a film showcase for graduating seniors each year, showcasing films created by seniors in the Animation and Digital Media programs. The event allows both the MCA community and the public to view the exciting talents and trends coming out of the Animation and Digital Media programs at Memphis College of Art. The showcase enables graduating seniors to show and celebrate the culmination of their studies, and offers underclassmen an opportunity to present their current projects.
