Transcript Request

Memphis College of Art has authorized Parchment to manage the ordering, processing, and secure delivery of your official MCA transcripts. Parchment provides you with the ease and convenience of ordering transcripts online and official e-transcript delivery.

First-time account setup is required. You will be required to provide:

  • Name, birthdate, and last four digits of your Social Security Number
  • Student ID Number, if known
  • Enrollment status
  • Email address
  • Current Mailing address and phone number

There is a base charge* of $10 per transcript request. This will be paid in the Parchment system. Parchment accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Your card will be charged when the transcript order has been sent. *Additional fees will be applied for overnight and international mail requests.

 

 

Transcripts will not be released to students with an outstanding financial balance at MCA. You will be notified via email if there is a hold on the account. You will need to contact Tanjela Capshaw in the Business Office at tcapshaw@mca.edu or 901-272-5124 to resolve a hold.

Electronic official transcripts are sent securely through email and will be available to download by the recipient for seven days before expiring. Please verify that the recipient information you provide is correct before finalizing your order. Unfortunately, MCA will not be able to provide refunds for transcripts that are sent to the wrong email address of for downloads that have been disabled after expiring. Electronic transcripts should be ordered to be sent directly to the intended institution or recipient in ordered to be considered official.
