Career Development

Guide professional development and application experiences for students that promote independent learning and create career connections to increase meaningful employment and post-graduate opportunities.

Career Advising

Students are unique individuals who have a variety of experiences, skills and attributes to offer in their professional or personal endeavors. The Career development staff works with students throughout their four years to focus in on career opportunities and skill development important to each student’s needs and goals.

Students learn and make their best decisions when they have relevant experiences and information that lets them see professionals up close and personal. Find out how to enhance your academic endeavors with key experiences outside the classroom like internships.

Career Events

Career Development offers frequent workshops on the essential things you need to know to get your career plans jump-started. Most are just an hour long and held during lunch to fit perfectly into your active academic schedule.

MCA is a place where creative challenges are met with curiosity and the capacity to not only solve design or aesthetic problems, but also to innovate, collaborate, and support students along their paths to becoming professionals in art and/or design. Connect with our students and see how “We make Art Work.”
