Beverly Speakes was the valedictorian for MCA’s 63rd graduating class. She presented the following speech to family and friends, faculty and fellow graduates at the commencement ceremony, held at the Levitt Shell.
“Disegno 6: Contemporary Undergraduate Drawing” will be on display May 16 – July 14 in Rust Hall’s Main Gallery.

Adelaide Paul, sculptor and instructor at the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine, will discuss her art and career at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 18 in Memphis College of Art’s Callicott Auditorium (Rust Hall, Overton Park).
“Two Dancing as One,” featuring work by alumni Brin & Dale Baucum will be on display April 5 – May 12, with a reception April 12, 6–8 p.m.
